  • Do you take telephone orders?
    Yes, please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website (letting us know your contact number) and one of our friendly staff will call you back.
  • Do you discount for regular, trade, or bulk orders?"
    Please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website so we can discuss your individual requirements.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Currently we accept payments via Paypal or bank transfer. If you have a paypal account you can simply add your credit card to this to make a payment. You can setup a Paypal account for free.
  • What are your turnaround times for manufacturing / shipping?
    For standard printed plates, 3D Black Gel & 4D Black Acrylic we aim to manufacture them within 1-2 days of placing your order. Shipping is then typically 2-3 days after this. 5D, bespoke, business, dealer plates and some show plates can take longer to produce and will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. We will of course let you know if we forsee any delays. If you require a faster service please contact us to discuss.
  • Has my order been dispatched?
    You will receive an email including your tracking information for your order as soon as it’s been dispatched and email updates throughout the delivery process, so you know where your parcel is.
  • How do I track my package?
    You can follow the progress of your order using the confirmation email updates that you recieve. You will be updated at each stage by our courier. If the tracking says your parcel has been delivered and you haven’t received your parcel, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • If I'm not home when my delivery is expected, what can I do?"
    Don’t worry, the courier will generally try two separate delivery attempts to the address you have supplied. Any further attempts that are required may incur extra charges (based on the couriers requirements).
  • Can I collect my number plates?
    Yes. Plates can be collected from the SL1 or RG27 area by APPOINTMENT ONLY. During COVID-19 collections are at our discretion. Please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website and we can discuss options with you
  • Do your plates include your legal details?
    Yes, all of our legal plates include these at the bottom / bottom right of the plate in small black text. The details are: “360GT SL1 3JJ" or "360GT RG27 8BU" (our Co. name/locations) & "BSAU 145e” (the current British Standard). These are legal requirement as it means the police or authorities can check if they are genuine and your vehicle will pass the MOT check. We do not use this for advertising which is why we keep the text small.
  • Do your provide a mockup of your plates?
    We generally only provide a mockup for dealer replica plates (before printing) or custom plates as these are fully customised to the customers spec and for these we always get confirmation before printing or manufacturing.
  • What material do you use to make your plates?
    All plates are made using high quality clear acrylic with the exception of our dealer plates which use high quality abs plastic. Both naturally use legal yellow / white reflective backing. All of our materials meet the BSAU standards.
  • Do you supply tinted or short plates?
    Yes, we can source both tinted and short plates. Please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website (letting us know your requirements) and we can discuss options with you. Our tinted plates are made from smoked acrylic sheets. We do not use cheap films to ‘tint’ plates. Note: Tinted plates are considered to be "show plates".
  • Do you supply pressed or black & silver or black & white plates?
    Yes, we can source pressed, black & silver and black & white plates. Please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website (letting us know your requirements) and we can discuss options with you.
  • Can you make different size plates?
    Yes, we have a variety of sizes available to suit your requirements. You can view the sizes available within our "GALLERY" section. If you don't see something you are looking for, please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website (letting us know your requirements) and we can discuss options with you.
  • Do you sell sticky pads or screws?
    Yes we do, please select these from our accessories section on the website or let us know if you require these.
  • Can you supply sticky or magnetic plates
    Yes, we can source sticky and magnetic plates. Please either email, message us via our social media channels or use the "contact" form on our website (letting us know your requirements) and we can discuss options with you
  • How can I space my registration?
    If you would like to custom space your plates, we can do this. Please submit your request via the "show plates" section. All legal number plates must be spaced according to DVLA requirements. NOTE: You could be fined up to £1,000 and your vehicle will fail its MOT test if you drive with incorrectly displayed number plates. On 1 September 2001, the new regulations introduced a standard font for number plates, making them easier to read. This change ended the use of italics and other styles of lettering that are difficult to read. The characters on a number plate need to be a certain height and size: characters must be 79mm tall characters (except the number 1 or letter I) must be 50mm wide the character stroke (the thickness of the black print) must be 14mm the space between characters must be 11mm the space between the age identifier and the random letters must be 33mm the margins at the top, bottom and side of the plate must be minimum 11mm vertical space between the age identifier and the random letters must be minimum 19mm
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If you would like to change your delivery address please contact use via email or telephone asap after you have placed your order. Failure to do so may mean the plate(s) will have already been posted out.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Your right to cancel an order ends 24hrs after the order is placed. There are some orders where you won’t have the right to cancel, these include items that are bespoke or personalised. Number Plates are a bespoke item; therefore, we are unable to offer a full refund, we can however refund the cost of your postage, accessories, and fitting kits if they are unused/unopened. If you would like to cancel an order please contact us via email or telephone asap after you have placed your order.
  • Why do some styles take longer to produce?
    Standard Printed, 3d Black Gel & 4d Black Acrylic plates are usually manufactured within 24-48 hours. Some show plates or custom plates may take longer due to design work or having to order in materials. We will always make you aware of any delays as/when we forsee them. No news is NOT good news in our eyes.
  • Do I need to send in documents? If so, what documents?"
    Yes. We know it can be a pain, however this is a legal requirement. When purchasing any number plates (including "show plates" we require ID documents to confirm your identity and your entitlement (for each registration) in order for us to process your purchase. We accept a copy of ONE from each section, below: ​ PROOF OF I.D. ​ Driving license or Passport or Bank/Building society statement (recent) or National Identity Card or A recent bill (within the last six months) issued by your electricity, gas or water supplier, a landline telephone bill, or a council tax bill or rates bill (in Northern Ireland only). AND ​​ PROOF OF ENTITLEMENT We need to see one document to confirm entitlement for the registration number (this document doesn’t need to match the I.D of the person placing the order, for instance if you are placing the order for someone else) ​ Logbook / Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C or V5CNI) or New Keepers (GREEN) Slip (V5C/2 or V5C/2NI) Certificate of Entitlement (V750 or V750NI PINK) or Retention Certificate (V778 GREEN) mot applicable in Northern Ireland or Number Plate Authorisation Certificate (V498/V498e) or Tax Reminder or SORN (V11 or V11NI) or Temporary Registration Certificate (V379 or V379NI) A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator (including lease or hire company) quoting the document reference number from the registration
  • How can I send you my documents?
    We need to see original documents. They can be clearly scanned OR photographed and sent via post, email (to info@360-gt.com) or via direct social media messaging (facebook messenger, instagram or whatsapp).
